These terms cover Nyveris's website, downloadable game client and online game service. The operator and public contact are identified above. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The minimum age has not yet been confirmed. This draft does not establish an age requirement or invite children to register. Eligibility requirements must be completed before publication.
Choose a username that does not impersonate someone or infringe another person's rights. Keep your password, login tokens and recovery links private. Use a unique password and an email address you control if you add an optional recovery email. Accounts without a usable recovery address may not be recoverable. Notify the operator using the public contact above if you suspect unauthorized access; never send your password or a live recovery link.
2. Fair play and acceptable conduct
Respect other players and use the service lawfully. Do not:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit others; publish another person's private information; or send unlawful, abusive or sexually exploitative content.
- Cheat, automate play to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate scores or items, exploit bugs, or bypass game limits or administrative restrictions.
- Steal accounts, impersonate staff, distribute malicious software, spam, or disrupt the website, game servers or other players' connections.
- Probe or access accounts, systems or data without permission. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately rather than exploiting them or publishing secrets.
- Upload or share material you do not have the right to use.
Administrators may investigate reports, remove content, correct unfair progress or scores, and restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address breaches, security risks or harm. Immediate action may be necessary for serious abuse. Contact the operator above to ask about a restriction or report an error; a review does not guarantee reinstatement.
3. Your content and public play
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give the operator a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use of your content.
Usernames, profile information, caught and stored monster metadata, PvP statistics and recent catches can be visible publicly. Chat and character positions are shared with other players in the same room. Do not put private information in public names or chat. Other users can copy what they see, and the operator cannot control their independent copies.
4. Software and virtual items
Use the client and service for their intended gameplay purposes, subject to these terms and any licenses supplied with the software or assets. Rights in the game's software and assets remain with their respective rights holders. These terms do not limit rights expressly granted by an applicable open-source or third-party license.
Monsters, items, in-game currency, progress and scores are virtual game features, not money or a promise of cash value. They are not redeemable for cash through the service. Availability, balance and game rules may change; virtual features may be reset or removed to fix bugs, address cheating or change the game. This clause does not override any mandatory rights that apply to a transaction.
5. Updates and service changes
The client may need updates to remain compatible with the online service. Download updates only through the game's official download and update channels. Features, worlds and rules may change. Maintenance, outages or security incidents may interrupt access; uninterrupted availability and preservation of every item or saved state are not guaranteed.
The operator may change or discontinue parts of the service. Where practical and required by applicable law, material changes will be explained in advance. Updated terms will be posted here with a saved-content update date; any additional notice or agreement required by law still applies.
6. Disclaimers and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every device or purpose. You are responsible for using supported software, protecting your account and keeping appropriate backups of your own files.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes remedies you have under applicable law. These terms do not impose an arbitration requirement or select a governing law or court.
7. Ending use and contacting the operator
You can stop playing at any time, log out and remove the client from your device. Logging out or uninstalling does not automatically delete the account or server-held progress. To request account deletion or raise a concern, use the public contact above. Information may need to be retained for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.
Account restrictions and termination remain subject to applicable law and mandatory rights. Provisions needed to address an existing dispute, protect rights or handle retained information continue only to the extent needed for those purposes.
